IOM and EU meet to discuss cooperation on global migration issues
05 February 2013 – IOM and EU representatives met to discuss global migration, development, and crisis management issues at the IOM Regional Office in Brussels. The Heads of Unit level consultation was held under the EU-IOM Strategic Cooperation Framework and brought representatives from the EU External Action Service and the European Commission’s DG Home, DG DevCo and DG ECHO together with IOM counterparts from Geneva and the Regional Office in Brussels to discuss opportunties for further cooperation.
